Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are designed for animal use, we cannot guarantee that every rabbit will immediately take to a new feeder or enrichment toy. We know rabbits can be particular, and sometimes new setups take a little time 💛
Before starting a return, we encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to offer tips and setup suggestions. Many buns just need a small adjustment period to feel comfortable.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Clean and free of debris (no hay, fur, or waste)
- Not chewed or damaged
- In resellable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be declined.
Returns based on pet preference may be accepted only if the item meets the conditions above.
Items showing signs of heavy use (such as chewing damage, significant debris, or soiling) may not be eligible for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Certain items (such as perishable goods or organic materials like hay) may not be eligible for return depending on condition and handling.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit a cancellation request through your customer account or contact us at support@bunnybusiness.us before the withdrawal period expires.
You may inspect the item as you would in a retail store. However, if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including custom or personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
